Gender Evaluation Methodology (GEM)

IDRC

The Association for Progressive Communications Women's Networking Support Programme (APC WNSP) developed GEM and GEM-related resources to facilitate learning about using information and communication technologies (ICTs) for gender equality. GEM provides a systematic method to evaluate whether ICTs are improving women's lives and gender-power relations.
